Folk Monthly is a glossy A5 magazine of 50-60 pages published throughout the year, with a combined issue for August and September.  It covers folk and related events across the Midlands, featuring articles, news, reviews & info on clubs, festivals, sessions and central diary pages.  The magazine costs £1 and is sold at various folk clubs and music shops in the region, or you can take out a subscription and have it delivered through your letter box every month.
