Music & Song Workshops

There will be workshops both offsite in the Bulls Head Moseley and onsite in the Bohemian Jukebox marquee, featuring songwriting with Alasdair Roberts, band arrangements with Elfynn, song with Bella Hardy, clawhammer banjo with Dan Walsh, harmonica with Will Pound, ukulele with the Second City Strummers, whistle with Belinda Hutchings, rapper with Ryknild Rabble and ceilidh dancing with Cut A Shine.

Traditional Song Workshops
Part of the Kings Heath Traditional Song Project, these were opportunities for singers to work on traditional songs, repertoire, style and performance skills. Some were part of a regular monthly programme, others were full days:

Village Band Workshops
A creative way to spend a day, and a good way to find out the inspiration behind the Moseley Village Band. The workshops provide an opportunity for musicians from a wide range of backgrounds to make music together and explore the style and repertoire of the English village music tradition.
