TRAD ARTS TEAM NEWS April 2021

Many of us have had our jabs, but there is still no feeling of us all getting back together again any time soon to surround ourselves with music, songs, stories and good company.  In the meantime, we keep on keeping on, using the imperfect world of Zoom to share our traditions, meeting old friends and greeting new friends from far and wide.  It would be great to see you at one of our events which are sociable as well as entertaining.

NEWS EXTRA: The English Folk Dance and Song Society will run eight online Folk Sampler Days for young musicians aged 12-18 between 29 May and 6 June.  These are free - to book a place go to the EFDSS page explaining the sampler days - it's a great chance to learn from inspiring professional musicians, explore folk music and find out about the National Youth Folk Ensemble, so please pass this link on to any young musicians you know
